Straight answers on minimum orders, lead times, shipping and payment — before you commit.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the category. Mixed containers are accepted, so several products can share one load. Tell us your target volume and we will map it.
How long does production take?
Typical lead time is 30–45 days after deposit and drawing approval, depending on the mix of categories in your order.
Can you handle shipping and customs?
We quote FOB, CIF or DDP. Our forwarders handle consolidation, documents and door delivery in most destination markets.
Is the design fee really refundable?
Yes. When your order reaches 20 times the design fee, the fee is credited back up to 100%. Details confirmed in writing before you pay.
