Doors & Windows

Doors & Windows Manufacturer China

Interior doors and thermal-break aluminium windows from our Foshan factory — specs, relative cost guide, MOQ and mixed-container loading.

Most problems with imported doors and windows are not manufacturing problems — they are handing errors: left swapped for right, openings measured to a tolerance the site never held, glass that does not match the sample. We treat this category as engineering, and your opening schedule becomes shop drawings approved before production starts.

Everything is made in George Group's own 100,000 m² factory in Foshan — part of a group founded in 2006 — with a 30,000 m² showroom where the ranges are on display.

What we make

Built to your drawings, not to a catalogue

Every unit is measured in millimetres against your approved shop drawings — dimensions, materials, colours and hardware all confirmed in writing before cutting starts.

We make interior doors and frames for the inside of the building, and aluminium window-and-door systems for the envelope. Most projects buy across both, and both are made to your drawings.

Door leaves run from engineered veneer over a solid core, painted PU lacquer in any RAL colour, melamine or laminate faces and solid timber to glass with slim aluminium. Types include swing, double-leaf, sliding, pocket, bi-fold and barn-style, with adjustable jambs for walls that are not plumb. Fire-rated cores and acoustic seals are made where your building code requires them, confirmed at the brief stage.

Thermal-break profiles are our default for Europe, North America and the Gulf: a polyamide barrier between inner and outer extrusion stops condensation on the frame in a heated or cooled room. Systems run from casement to curtain wall, with profile depths from 60 mm up to 100 mm-plus for wide spans; glazing is double or triple with Low-E, argon fill and warm-edge spacers, plus insect screens, roller shutters and integrated blinds.

How ordering works

From your drawings to one consolidated shipment

Four steps, one project manager, and documented evidence at every stage — from the first drawing to the loading photos.

  1. Share Your Drawings

Floor plans, a BOQ or even a room list are enough to start. We reply with the questions that matter and a first indication of what fits your container.

  2. Confirm the Details

Shop drawings, materials, colours and hardware confirmed against a physical sample, followed by an itemised quotation — no hidden lines.

  3. Production & QC

Weekly progress photos and a documented pre-shipment inspection against your approved drawings before anything is packed.

  4. Consolidated Loading

Several categories share one container, labelled by room and unit, with loading photos and one packing list before the ship sails.

Choose by project

What works for your kind of project

A villa, an apartment development, a hotel and a distributor each need a different balance of cost, durability and repetition.

  • Villa or whole-home

    Villa or whole-home

Order doors, frames, architraves and skirting in one batch so finishes match room to room, and specify thermal-break windows with triple glazing if the villa runs heating or cooling hard. Large lift-and-slide or bi-fold openings connect the living space to the terrace.

Like this look? Send it to us — we quote it line by line.

  • Apartment or multi-unit development

    Apartment or multi-unit development

Repetition is the whole game: fix one type schedule per unit type and keep it identical across every unit. Melamine or laminate faces survive tenants better than lacquer, and unit-by-unit labelling lets you load in the order your site needs.

  • Hotel

    Hotel

Guest-room doors need acoustic performance and a consistent feel — heavy cores and acoustic seals. Plan 5–10% spare leaves and hardware into the first delivery: a hotel cannot wait three months for one replacement door.

  • Distributor or stock order

    Distributor or stock order

Standard dimensions and container-optimised nesting keep landed cost down. You are buying a repeatable range — one décor family, one hardware set, one display door — and mixed-container loading lets you add kitchen, wardrobe, stone or bathroom lines to the same shipment.

Cost guidance

What it costs, level by level

Relative cost tiers for orientation only: the itemised quotation is built line by line from your approved specification.

Everything is quoted per specification, FOB Foshan — each order is priced from its own drawing set, and all prices exclude freight, insurance, duty and destination charges. The table below ranks each level by relative cost.

Relative cost tiers for doors and windows
Level Typical items Relative cost Typical projects
Entry Interior door sets — melamine or laminate faces, standard cores and hardware $ Apartments, back-of-house, stock doors
Mid Thermal-break aluminium windows, lacquered MDF doors $$ Apartment developments, contemporary villas, commercial fit-outs
High Solid timber or veneer doors, lift-and-slide and bi-fold systems $$$–$$$$ Villas, hotel entrances, wide-span openings

Five things move the final price

  1. Glazing build-up — basic double glazing against triple with Low-E and argon is usually the largest single line change.

  2. Profile system — a 60 mm residential system and a 100 mm-plus thermally broken system are different products, not one at two prices.

  3. Hardware — standard domestic gearing against European brands; standard hinges against concealed soft-close.

  4. Unit size and weight — oversized leaves and wide sliding panels need heavier sections, stronger glass and more packing.

  5. Finish and colour count — clear-coated veneer, a custom RAL and a powder-coated frame carry different process time and rework risk.

The design fee, credited back in full

Design work happens before you commit: our team turns your opening schedule into elevations, shop drawings and 3D references, with up to three rounds of revisions at no extra cost. The design fee is 100% credited back — when your order value reaches 20× the design fee, the full fee is credited against your order, applied automatically.

MOQ & mixed loading

No artificial MOQ, one shared container

Small orders are normal here — the question is only how to fill the container economically.

There is no fixed MOQ per category when doors and windows ship with the rest of a project. A doors-and-windows-only order is normally planned at around one full container — below that, freight per unit climbs faster than product cost.

Mixed-container loading is how twelve doors and thirty square metres of window travel in the same container as the kitchen and the stone. Doors and windows are the bulkiest categories in a mixed load and set the packing plan; a single sample door or demonstration window can be produced before bulk production.

For a doors-and-windows-only order, plan for roughly one full container. Combined with other categories there is no practical minimum — small samples are usually free, you cover the shipping.

How it works

  1. Send your door and window schedule — sizes, quantities, handing, materials and finishes — a coordinator replies within one working day.

  2. Choose profile systems, glass build-ups and finishes, with physical corner samples if you want them in hand first.

  3. We produce elevations and shop drawings from your opening schedule, with up to three revision rounds at no extra cost.

  4. A sample door or demonstration window is produced for your approval before bulk production starts.

  5. You sign off the final drawings and the factory builds your order.

  6. Every unit passes QC — hardware operated, frames dry-assembled, dimensions checked against the approved drawings.

  7. Units are labelled by room and opening number, loaded and shipped — DDP to your door or FOB from our port, your choice.

  8. Installation drawings and after-sales support stay with your order until the last unit is fitted.

Quality evidence

Five pieces of evidence, without asking

Every order collects documented proof along the project chain — from approved shop drawings to the photos of the loaded container.

The ordering steps above sit inside a longer project chain: Share Your Brief → Design & Quotation → Approve the Details → Production & QC → Packing & Shipping → Delivery & Support. Doors and windows quality evidence is collected at five points along that chain, and you receive it without asking.

You or your agent — or a third-party inspection company — are welcome to inspect before loading; SGS, BV or TÜV inspection is welcome. Certificates are shared on request per category: tell us the country of import and we confirm which certificates and test reports apply to the exact system you are quoting.

On-site installation is not included unless separately agreed; we supply numbered shop drawings, room-by-room labels and remote support, and your local team installs. Screens show colour differently, so finish approval is against physical samples — product images are not the basis of final acceptance.

  1. Approved shop drawings

opening schedule, handing, glass build-up and hardware, confirmed by you before production starts.

  2. In-production photos and video

frames being welded and machined, leaves being pressed and finished, glazing units coming off the glass line.

  3. Pre-shipment inspection

hardware operated on every unit, dry assembly of frames, dimensions checked against the approved drawings.

  4. A packing list numbered by room and unit

every leaf, frame and glazed unit labelled with its room, opening number and installation sequence.

  5. Container loading photos

you see the bracing and the loading plan before the container is sealed.

Lead time & shipping

From deposit to a loaded container

Timescales depend on the finish you choose and the season, and we confirm both before you commit.

Standard doors and windows run 30–45 days from drawing approval. Custom profile systems, triple glazing, fire-rated cores and large lift-and-slide units typically run 45–60 days, because glass and special extrusion have their own production cycles.

We load from the Pearl River Delta ports — Nansha and Shenzhen are the usual departures — and quote FOB, CIF or DDP, with door-to-door delivery available. Frames travel stacked and braced with corner protection; glazed units are crated separately so glass never carries structural weight. Loading photos go out the day the container is sealed.

What do you need from me to quote?

A door and window schedule — sizes, quantities, handing, material and finish — plus any drawings you have. A marked-up floor plan is enough to start.

Can you match a door or window I already have?

Send a photo, a finish sample or the original specification. We will tell you honestly whether we can reproduce it, and where the profile differs.

Do your windows come with CE marking?

Certification is category-specific and we will not claim a blanket approval. Tell us the country of import and the exact system you are quoting, and we will confirm which certificates and test reports apply. Certificates are shared on request per category.

What is the minimum order?

There is no fixed MOQ when doors and windows ship in a mixed container with other categories. A doors-and-windows-only order is normally quoted at around one full container.

Can you make fire-rated doors?

Yes, where your building code requires it. The rating, core build and documentation differ by market, so confirm the requirement at the brief stage and we will quote against it.

Will the delivered colour match the sample?

The physical sample is the reference. Doors for one project are produced in the same batch, with coating lots controlled across the order. Screens vary, which is why images are not the basis of final acceptance.

Who installs the doors and windows?

Your local team. Installation is not included unless separately agreed. From us: numbered shop drawings, room-by-room labels, a packing list in installation sequence, and remote support during the fit.

How much is the design fee?

It is quoted per project before work starts, and credited back in full when your order reaches twenty times the design fee. Space planning, 3D references and material selection are part of the service.
