WhatsAppWPC fluted panels, acoustic slat walls, PVC marble sheets, SPC and engineered wood flooring from Foshan. Mixed containers, low MOQ, samples before production.
Wall panels and flooring are the two surfaces that decide how a room reads — and the two categories buyers most often reorder after a first project. The questions are always the same: will the colour match the sample, will the click joints close tight, will panels arrive warped or scratched, and can a small order ship economically. Our answer is a sealed physical sample, a written specification and photo records at every stage.
George Group supplies decorative wall panels — WPC fluted, bamboo-wood fibre, PVC marble-effect and acoustic slat — together with SPC rigid core, laminate and engineered wood flooring from Foshan, China. Mixed-container loading puts panels and flooring in the same container as your cabinets, doors, stone and sanitary ware.
Every unit is measured in millimetres against your approved shop drawings — dimensions, materials, colours and hardware all confirmed in writing before cutting starts.
WPC fluted panels run TV feature walls, headboards, corridors and reception counters, in walnut, oak, grey and matte solid colours, flat or curved. Bamboo-wood fibre panels give flat, paint-free walls that install directly over existing surfaces — the fast option for apartments and renovations. PVC marble-effect sheets deliver a Calacatta or travertine look at a fraction of stone weight, and acoustic slat panels combine real wood veneer slats with sound-absorbing felt for bedrooms, offices and restaurants.
Flooring starts with SPC rigid core: 4–6 mm planks with IXPE acoustic underlay, fully waterproof, locking together without adhesive — straight lay or herringbone. Engineered wood runs 15 mm and 18 mm with a 2–4 mm hardwood wear layer, brushed and oiled or UV lacquered, for villas and premium bedrooms. Laminate in AC3–AC4 wear classes covers bedrooms and dry commercial space at the tightest budgets.
Everything is specified as a system: panels ship with matching edge trims, corner profiles and end caps; flooring ships with skirting, stair nosing, thresholds and expansion profiles in the same decor. One wall, one floor, one matched order.
Fluted, slat and marble-effect walls over SPC and engineered wood floors — photographed in real room settings so you can judge scale, light and joint lines before you ask for samples.

Certification requirements vary by category and destination market. Tell us which market you import into, and we will provide the corresponding certificates and test reports for review.

Four steps, one project manager, and documented evidence at every stage — from the first drawing to the loading photos.
Floor plans, a BOQ or even a room list are enough to start. We reply with the questions that matter and a first indication of what fits your container.
Shop drawings, materials, colours and hardware confirmed against a physical sample, followed by an itemised quotation — no hidden lines.
Weekly progress photos and a documented pre-shipment inspection against your approved drawings before anything is packed.
Several categories share one container, labelled by room and unit, with loading photos and one packing list before the ship sails.
A villa, an apartment development, a hotel and a distributor each need a different balance of cost, durability and repetition.

One fluted panel decor on the TV wall and headboard walls, engineered wood upstairs and SPC in wet and high-traffic zones keeps the palette calm and the budget where it matters. For engineered wood, ask about the wear layer rather than plank thickness — a 4 mm veneer can be sanded and refinished, a 2 mm veneer cannot.

Repeatable modules matter more than variety. Bamboo-fibre panels go straight over screed-finished walls without painting, and SPC clicks down without adhesive curing time — both shorten the fit-out programme. We pack apartment orders by unit number, so the installer opens one set of cartons per flat instead of sorting stock on site.

Acoustic slat panels handle lobby and corridor acoustics, marble-effect sheets give lift lobbies a stone look without stone weight or stone lead time, and 0.55 mm wear-layer SPC survives trolleys and daily mopping. Spare panels and planks ship in the first container for future repairs.

Mixed pallets across core decors let you test a market without committing a full container to one line. Panels and flooring are container-friendly: regular cartons, high loading density, low damage rate. Colour consistency between repeat orders is controlled by keeping the production batch on file with your master sample.

Everything is priced per specification and every quotation is itemised line by line. The table below ranks each material by relative cost.

| WPC fluted wall panel | $ |

| PVC marble-effect sheet | $–$$ |
| Acoustic slat wood panel | $$–$$$ |
| SPC rigid core | $–$$ |

| Engineered wood | $$$ |
Material class and thickness — a real-veneer acoustic slat panel and a 4 mm SPC plank are not in the same cost bracket.
Surface and finish — PUR hot-melt laminates, real veneer and custom colours cost more than standard PVC film decors.
Batch size and customisation — custom colours, matched decors and unusual lengths carry a minimum run.
Packing standard — reinforced cartons, foam interleaving and export pallets cost more and reduce transit damage.
Freight and consolidation — panels and flooring are light for their volume — how they fill the gaps around heavy categories in your container changes the landed cost per m².
Design work is quoted as a fixed fee before it starts, and when your order reaches twenty times that fee, the design fee is credited back in full. Most whole-home orders reach it without trying.

Small orders are normal here — the question is only how to fill the container economically.
We do not operate a fixed minimum order per panel decor or floor reference. The practical minimum is what can be loaded and shipped economically.
Panels and flooring are the easiest categories to consolidate: regular cartons that stack clean and fill the space heavy stone and bulky furniture leave behind. That is why mixing matters — pairing panels and flooring with stone, cabinets or doors fills the container properly and spreads the freight cost across the whole order.
Anything not listed in the configurations — a special length, a matched decor for an existing interior — is quoted as a custom line, confirmed in writing before production.
How it works
Send your area schedule, floor plans or photos — a coordinator replies within one working day.
Choose decors and formats; small samples are usually free, you cover the courier.
We quote per reference with a 3–5% spare line item for cuts, damage and future repairs — priced separately so you can decide.
You confirm the quantities, decors and the loading plan before production starts.
The factory produces your order; repeat batches are locked to one production run, one shade and one calibre.
QC checks shade and batch consistency, dimensions and flatness before anything is packed.
Cartons are palletised and numbered by room or unit, loaded and shipped — DDP to your door or FOB from our port, your choice.
Laying patterns and after-sales support stay with your order until the floors are down.
Every order collects documented proof along the project chain — from approved shop drawings to the photos of the loaded container.
Colour consistency and joint quality are where panel and flooring orders normally go wrong, so the checks target those risks. Quality evidence is collected at five points along the chain.
If you prefer third-party verification, inspections by SGS, BV or TÜV can be arranged on your behalf. Certificates are shared on request per category — tell your coordinator which market you import into and we will send the documents before you order.
**Installation is not included** unless separately agreed. We supply, pack and ship; your local team installs, with our layout drawings and remote support during the fitting. **Colours and finishes are approved on physical samples, not screens.** Product images should not be used as the final acceptance basis — a monitor is not a quality standard, and wood-grain surfaces vary by nature within an agreed range.
decor code, size, thickness, surface film or veneer, fire grade and accessory list are confirmed against your drawings and a sealed master sample.
the production batch and decor number are frozen at approval and recorded on your file, so a repeat order matches rather than merely resembles.
photos and video from extrusion, lamination and profiling lines. For flooring we record click-joint fit checks, moisture content and wear-layer verification.
colour and gloss against the master sample, panel straightness and groove consistency, flooring joint assembly tests, plus a carton count against the packing list.
every pallet is labelled by room or unit, and you receive photographs of the container being loaded so you can see exactly what left the warehouse.
Timescales depend on the finish you choose and the season, and we confirm both before you commit.
Standard production after decor approval: WPC and bamboo-fibre panels 15–25 days, PVC marble sheets and acoustic slat panels 20–30 days, SPC 25–35 days, engineered wood and laminate 30–40 days. Custom colours, matched decors or unusual lengths run longer; dates are confirmed before you pay a deposit.
Shipping runs by sea, FCL or LCL, from Foshan or Shenzhen to your port. Cartons are strapped and corner-protected on heat-treated pallets to ISPM 15 where required. Export documents, packing lists and loading photos are issued with the shipment.
You do not need a complete specification to begin. A floor plan, a room photo or a list of areas will do — we will come back with material options, a fixed design fee and an itemised quotation. There is no fixed minimum per decor when the order ships as a mixed container. A single finish in small quantity can be added to an order with other categories, and a container of panels or flooring alone is also fine. Your coordinator confirms the loading plan before you commit.
We courier physical samples — panel offcuts with real surface film and flooring planks — and seal a master copy against your order. Colour, grain and gloss are then checked against that sealed sample at pre-shipment inspection, and the photos go to you. Product images alone are never treated as final acceptance.
Panels ship face-to-face with foam interleaving in reinforced cartons, palletised with edge boards and strapping. Flooring cartons are shrink-wrapped per box and stacked on heat-treated pallets. Loading photographs document the packing before the doors close.
Yes — that is normal practice for us. Panels and flooring cartons are light and regular, ideal for filling the gaps around heavy stone and bulky furniture so the container meets weight and volume at the same time. Everything is listed on one packing list numbered by room or unit.
WPC and PVC marble sheets are moisture-resistant by material and are commonly used in bathrooms and coastal markets; bamboo-wood fibre panels are fine for dry interiors, with moisture-resistant grades for humid regions. Tell us the room and the climate and we will specify the right core rather than guess.
SPC is generally suitable within the heating system's temperature limits; engineered wood depends on core stability and how the heating is controlled. Give us the heating specification and we will confirm which construction is appropriate rather than assume.
Certificates are shared on request per category — fire ratings, formaldehyde class (E0/E1 or CARB), CE and others depending on the market. Tell your coordinator the destination country and the standard your project needs, and the documents come with your quotation.
Production typically takes 15–25 days for panels and 25–40 days for flooring, then sea freight on top — around two to four weeks to major Asian and Middle East ports, four to six weeks to Europe and Africa, longer to the Americas. Your coordinator confirms a schedule for your port before you pay the deposit.
